About the internship

We expect you to learn a ton while with us. That means solving real problems, shipping real deliverables, and working side by side with us from day one. We’ll look to you for fresh ideas and perspectives while teaching you everything we know. If after three months you don’t walk away with more practical knowledge than you could get from a year of school, then we haven’t done our jobs. This is a paid internship.

The Android team is consistently on the cutting edge of technology. We picked up Kotlin and Data Binding when they were still in beta and supported Android M the day it was released. Location: Ohio Valley

The Regional Sales Director will report to the Regional VP of Sales to be the primary customer relationship owner, responsible for developing and executing on both strategic and tactical sales plans. As a vital member of the US Sales Team, based in the Ohio Valley, the Regional Sales Director is responsible for prospecting and penetrating new accounts to identify new revenue opportunities.   • Minimum of 10 years of sales experience with a successful track record in security software sales involving complex selling solutions to Fortune 500 firms

The UK Regional Channel Manager is responsible for establishing and building a UK Security Reseller Channel. To that end, the Regional Channel Manager will be responsible for the identification, recruitment, on-boarding and enablement of enterprise-focused Security Resellers in the UK with the objective of driving new enterprise pipeline and revenue.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop the UK Security Reseller Channel to support the UK Regional Sales Executives in achieving their revenue target.
  • Identify and recruit Security Resellers that fit the ideal PKWARE partner profile.
  • Negotiate Security Reseller contracts/agreements.
  • Determine the optimum partner engagement model in concert with the VP of Global Channels and the UK Sales Director, and per the terms of the PKWARE Channel Program.
  • Communicate Security Reseller Channel Program goals, requirements, rules of successes and engagement to maximize program success.
  • Define and prioritize channel program elements through constant interface with senior management, sales management, and account executives at the Security Resellers.
  • Develop a go-to-market strategy and plan for each Security Reseller to include: revenue and pipeline targets, target enterprise accounts, milestones and Quarterly Business Reviews.
  • Work cross-functionally with PKWARE Sales and Sales Engineering to establish and build the UK Security Reseller Channel.
  • Generate, build, and maintain relationships with Security Resellers to gain visibility and mindshare to create revenue-generating opportunities.
  • Use appropriate PKWARE resources in sales and training efforts (including account executives, sales engineers and product managers) to enhance Security Reseller Channel understanding of the PKWARE value proposition and Smartcrypt platform.
  • Responsible for Security Reseller Channel marketing events, initiatives and sales enablement programs in conjunction with PKWARE Channel marketing.
  • Acquire, integrate, and communicate to Security Reseller Channel Partners with credible security industry and market knowledge, general industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitors.
  • Driving pipeline and revenue with the Security Resellers, in conjunction with the Regional Sales Director.
  • Work with the VP of Global Channels to determine "best fit" Security Resellers for each target market.
  • Other duties as assigned by VP of Global Channels.

Experience Requirements

  • Preferably 5+ years’ experience in an early stage security software company, building a Reseller Program from the ground up.
  • Experience successfully recruiting and on-boarding channel partners for a security software manufacturer in the enterprise technology solution space.
  • Data protection/encryption software expereince is a plus.
  • Vertical market experience in financial services, healthcare and government is a plus.
  • Successful track record of building a "sell-with" Security Reseller Program.
  • Successful track record helping a Security company scale by leveraging a Security Reseller Channel strategy.

Key Skills

  • High level of mastery in the complex technology solution space, with experience initiating, developing, qualifying, and closing value-added Executives relationships.
