Meet Our Leaders
Spencer Kupferman
Spencer is the Chief Executive Officer of PKWARE, an award-winning provider of automated data security solutions. He brings with him 25 years of experience in the enterprise software industry.
Prior to PKWARE, he was President & CEO of Global Software, Inc. (now named insightsoftware), a former TSCP portfolio company and the global leader in corporate performance management (CPM) reporting solutions. He led Global Software through two successful nine-figure transactions to market-leading private equity firms, Thompson Street Capital Partners and TA Associates.
In addition to being CEO, Spencer serves on the Board of Directors of Palisade Company, the world leader in Risk and Decision Analysis Solutions a Thompson Street Capital Partners (TSCP) portfolio company. Spencer holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of New Hampshire where he was a member of the men’s basketball team and an MBA-Technology Management from the University of Phoenix.
Tonya Cannady
Tonya is a software sales veteran with over 20 years of experience in building and leading global sales organizations.
As President and Chief Revenue Officer of PKWARE, Tonya oversees all commercial channels for the company, including global sales, customer success, sales enablement, and business development. Prior to PKWARE, Tonya led and executed worldwide sales team growth objectives through direct and indirect sales channels for insightsoftware (formerly Global Software, Inc.). She also led the company to unprecedented growth by establishing end-to-end sales execution, launching and managing joint development initiatives between technology companies, and establishing ecosystem partnerships. In addition, she helped lead the organization through two private equity acquisitions with Thompson Street Capital Partners and TA Associates.
Before her time at insightsoftware, Tonya was President of DB Basics, Inc., an Oracle and Microsoft technology training and consulting organization. While there, she led the company through an acquisition by a publicly-traded corporation and managed the integration post-acquisition.
In her free time, Tonya looks forward to outdoor activities with the family: boating, fishing, snow skiing, and the occasional round of golf.
Tonya has a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill.
Jason Dobbs
Jason Dobbs, Chief Technology Officer for PKWARE, boasts more than 20 years experience in software and product development. He is responsible for driving the product roadmap execution, overseeing software development, and leading lifecycle management for PKWARE’s entire software catalog. Prior to joining PKWARE, Dobbs held multiple leadership roles with SafeNet, most recently as a Managing Partner focused on corporate strategy and revenue generation.
Dobbs has been a vital part of several development teams, from launching software with startup Vesuvius Technologies to consulting on interactive technologies with Centare Group. His wide range of expertise and experience includes technology, IT, sales leadership, and management.
When he is not working on software development, Dobbs enjoys coaching youth robotics teams in his community and is an avid curler. He holds a BB in Information Systems from the University of Wisconsin.
Matt Zomboracz
Matt Zomboracz is the Chief Financial Officer of PKWARE, Inc. He brings nearly 20 years of experience in finance and accounting. Prior to joining PKWARE, Matt was the Corporate Controller at ARI Network Services, Inc. (now operating as LeadVenture) a leading provider of end-to-end digital solutions for dealers and OEMs of complex equipment. Matt was heavily involved in the leveraged buy-out of ARI and the transition from a NASDAQ listed company to a private equity portfolio company.
Prior to ARI, Matt worked a Quad Graphics (NYSE: QUAD) as an international and technical controller and began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers in the audit practice before leaving as a senior manager.
Matt is a licensed CPA with an MBA and BBE in Finance from the University of Wisconsin – Whitewater.
Ghanaya Singh
Ghanaya is the Country Head of Dataguise India and is responsible for handling overall operations in India. He comes with a rare combination of technical knowledge and people skills and is associated with the company since 2008. He brings with him around 20 years of Technical and Operations experience with a specialty in handling the Onshore-Offshore business model.
He is a pioneer in core technologies of detection and masking and is managing cross-functional teams using interactive and motivational leadership that spurs people to willingly give 100% effort and loyalty. He has been responsible for building the 150 plus strong India team, almost from scratch, and continues to provide guidance to the team to be an engine for strong growth.
Before being named as Country Head, Ghanaya was Director of Engineering and Operations. Being a Database expert he was responsible for the development of Database Masker and Discover for the protection of sensitive data. Format Preserving Encryption (FPE) algorithm which is his brainchild, acts as a backbone for the Consistent Data Protection across various data sources. He was instrumental in designing the Privacy product which helps to govern personal data around various data privacy laws like GDPR.
Prior to Dataguise, he was managing overall operations of a Singapore-based software product company as Executive Director of its India subsidiary. He managed complex Logistics and Banking products that were being used by the market leaders.
Ghanaya holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science & Engineering from Punjab Technical University and Diploma in Computer Engineering from Thapar Polytechnic College.
Sarah Fellner
Sarah serves as VP of Global Marketing, overseeing all global go-to-market teams and activities at PKWARE. She brings with her more than 15 years’ experience building and leading global marketing organizations.
Prior to PKWARE, Sarah led and executed marketing efforts at WorkBoard, Inc. and GHX (Global Healthcare Exchange). In 2006, she played a significant role in building a sports marketing agency from the ground up that managed CPG brand initiatives and PR/branding for professional athletes. Sarah went on to create and lead global business development and digital marketing initiatives with other agencies. Key projects included creating global GTM marketing programs and building operational structures to automate and align global commercial teams.
Outside of the office, Sarah spends time with her family and their Goldendoodle, Phil, enjoying everything Colorado has to offer outdoors: snowboarding, hiking, golfing, and more.
Sarah has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Indiana University, Purdue University – Indianapolis, where she played D1 soccer, and a Masters in Marketing from University of Denver.
Jason Coterel
As Vice President of IT and MIS, Jason is responsible for the strategic leadership, implementation, and administration of information security, organizational information systems, software application systems, IT support, and infrastructure.
Jason joined PKWARE in 2000 as International Channel Services Manager where he was responsible for 14 global and EMEA channel sales partners, order processing, product fulfillment, global annual recurring revenue, and general partner support. In this role, Jason expatriated to the United Kingdom to more effectively support PKWARE’s European channel and open PKWARE’s EMEA office. While in England, Jason became an internal system and business process subject matter expert which enabled him to take a role as Project Manager in 2006 upon his repatriation. In this role, Jason joined an internal team tasked with replacing PKWARE’s proprietary CRM. This successful project was a critical turning point in Jason’s career. Embracing technology, internal software development, and business analysis, Jason took the lead of PKWARE’s first formalized internal development team in 2009 as MIS Manager. The success of the MIS Team was in the modernization and integration of all of PKWARE’s internal systems; finance and accounting, customer relationship management, quoting and order processing, product fulfillment, e-commerce, and marketing automation tools. In 2013, Jason took on another major career transition assuming all of Information Technology as the Director of IT & MIS and embracing the infinite game of information security.
Jason is a partner in The Crafter Space founded as Milwaukee’s brewery incubator. He and his partners run an accelerator called Barley to Barrel, helping aspiring brewmasters learn the skills they need and gain the necessary business experience to get their brewery started successfully. Jason lives in downtown Milwaukee with his wife Danielle and four-pound Yorkie.
Prior to PKWARE, Jason contributed to NCR’s preparation for the Y2K phenomenon. Jason is originally from Dayton, Ohio, and studied Economics at Wright State University.
Kathy Myhand
Kathy Myhand, Vice President of People, manages PKWARE’s full employee lifecycle to improve company performance, profitability, growth, and employee engagement. With more than 25 years of diverse industry experience, Kathy has both built Human Resources departments from the ground up and managed large global HR teams.
When she is not in the office, Kathy loves watching football, volunteering with local pet rescue organizations, preparing and delivering meals to families in need, and traveling with her family to all 62 national parks. Kathy lives in Atlanta and holds a bachelor’s degree from Vanderbilt University.
Mike Wood
Mike Wood
Mike Wood has more than 20 years of experience in product management specializing in security, identity, and networking products. As vice president, product management, Mike is responsible for leading the product management team at PKWARE to define and execute on PKWARE’s product vision through the implementation of efficiency and quality-focused methodologies designed to maximize market, customer, and partner value.
Prior to joining PWKARE Mike built his product management career at organizations ranging in size from startups to multinational organizations—including Verizon Business, netForensics, and Websense—where he was a fixture in bringing successful technology and security products to market through a focused commitment to efficiency, process improvement, and customer satisfaction.
Mike holds a Bachelor’s of Business Administration degree from Pace University.

Jesse Klein
Formerly of PricewaterhouseCoopers, Jesse joined TSCP in 2014. He is also on the board of directors of BCM One, Custom Wheel House LLC, Infinity Behavioral Health Services, ISTO Biologics, ZymeFlow, and Decon Technology within the TSCP portfolio of businesses.
Jesse earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and an MSA from Saint Louis University. Jesse is a Member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Missouri Society of Certified Public Accountants and serves as a Mentor for the Big Brothers Big Sisters of Eastern Missouri.
Bob Dunn
Bob Dunn
Bob has been with TSCP since 2005 and is also on the board of directors of ControlScan, Inc., Green Mountain Technology, LLC, Gurobi Optimization, LLC, Revenue Management Solutions, and others, all within TSCP’s portfolio of tech-enabled businesses. Prior to TSCP, he was with TA Associates.
Bob holds a Bachelor of Arts from Princeton University and an MBA from Harvard University. He also serves on the St. Louis Children’s Hospital, Development Board & Forsyth School, Finance Committee.

Ron’s reputation as a visionary in the enterprise software industry dates back 45 years when he founded Global Software, Inc. in the early 1970s. Over the course of his wildly successful career in technology-enabled platforms, Ron has been viewed by his peers as a true pioneer in the field. With vast knowledge and expertise in operating software companies in both SaaS and on-premise environments, he has incubated and scaled multiple software ventures.
Ron’s wisdom has been sought by the world’s most successful tech organizations, including Hathaway Corporation (NASDAQ: HWYI) Former Board of Directors; Warwick Insurance Group (NASDAQ: WIMI) Former Board of Directors; Knowledge Systems, Inc. Former Board of Directors; Ultimac Systems, Inc. Former Board of Directors; QSP Systems, LTD (LSE: QSP) Former Board of Directors; Peopleclick, Inc. (Founder and Former Chairman of the Board); Aperek, Inc. (Founder and Former Chairman of the Board); Global Software, Inc. (Founder and Former Chairman of the Board). Today, Ron is an Executive Advisor to Thompson Street Capital Partners’ portfolio of tech-enabled businesses. In addition to his role on the board of directors of PKWARE, he also sits on the board of directors of BCC Software, a TSCP portfolio company.
Ron holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Rhode Island and served in the United States Marine Corps.

Cathy Bowers
Cathy has been with TSCP since 2019 and is also on the board of directors of Allyant. Prior to TSCP, she was with Willis Stein & Partners and KPMG.
Cathy holds a Bachelor of Science and Masters from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA from Northwestern University.
